Mahesh Kuppusamy - Director
Mahesh completed his Bachelor from The Tamilnadu MGR Medical University in the year 1999. He pursued his Masters, at University of South Australia in the year 2004.
During his long journey, Mahesh have worked in various clinical settings including hospitals, private practices also with workplace injury insurance companies.
Mahesh’s experience also includes working with elite athletes, Football Federation of South Australia, Tennis Australia, South Australian National Football League (SANFL), to name a few and other National and International athletes.
Mahesh has keen interest in management of acute musculoskeletal injuries, acute orthopedic injuries, working closely with the Orthopedic Surgeons at Rouse Hill practice.
Mahesh is an animal lover. He loves flying and he is an amateur horologist and has a keen eye for wrist watches.
Pooja Solanki - Senior Physiotherapist
Pooja Solanki completed her Bachelors of Physiotherapy from Amity University, India, is a fully registered AHPRA physiotherapist in Australia and a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. She is also a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor with an experience of more than 5 years.
Over the last decade, Pooja gained most of her knowledge by working at various private practices and hospitals. She has extensive experience in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions, work and sports related injuries and geriatric rehabilitation. Her treatment approach is primarily hands-on techniques which includes joint mobilisation, soft tissue mobilisation and tailored exercise programs.
She’s passionate about how the Pilates method builds strength, improves posture and flexibility not just in able-bodied clients but clients who have experienced injuries and chronic pain. Her background of Physiotherapy helps all her clients to understand their body and movements better.
